The Opportunity: Situated on ± 18 acres, Lot 2 will be a 256,822 SF multi-tenanted, speculative Class-A industrial flex building with an estimated delivery date of Q1 2023.
The Opportunity: With a groundbreaking that occurred on July 5, 2022, the building’s construction is well underway. Tenby Partners is currently anticipating an early delivery date in the middle of January of 2023.
The first tenant – a privately-held international corporation – signed a long-term lease for 62,000 SF prior to the groundbreaking. Since that time a second tenant was identified that is taking 83,000 SF in the next adjacent space. Tenby Partners is currently engaged with four (4) other tenants interested in some (or all) of the final 111,000 SF available in the roadside (front) of the building.
